Put mustard and pepper in a pestle, mix brown sugar, soy and ketchup
with the rest of the spices.
Rub the meat with the marinade. Put the meat and the spice mix in a bag and leave overnight to marinate.
Put the marinated meat in the baking dish and pour the marinade over. Cover the dish with a foil or a lid and put in the oven. The meat can also be roasted in a bag, placing it into a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees and the let the meat roast for 4-5 hours until fully cooked.
Peel the carrots and cut into long strips.
Finely slice the cabbage, it is recommended to use a vegetable slicer.
Finely grate the onion.
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, Worcester sauce, a tablespoon of grated onion and a tablespoon of ketchup together, add a little salt and pepper to the mixture.Add carrots and cabbages to the dressing.
Heat up the burger buns, add salad and meat.
