Hereford began with a simple idea — to create a place where exceptional beef comes from trusted sources and is prepared with respect for the product.

What started with the first Hereford cattle in Latvia grew into a farm, a shop, and a grill in the heart of Riga.

Today, Hereford is built on the belief that real quality begins in the fields, continues in craftsmanship, and ends on the customer’s table.
