Beef bone broth


  • Beef Joint Bones
  • Celery root
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Leek
  • White mushrooms


  1. Place the bones along with all the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes at 190°C in the oven.
  2. Transfer everything into a large pot, add water, and simmer for 8 hours on low heat without a lid.
  3. Allow it to cool, strain through a sieve, and add bay leaves and peppercorns.

In its fresh state, it is recommended to store in the refrigerator for no more than 10 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
