Argentinian Grain-Fed Flank Steak is a premium, flavour-packed cut taken from the lower abdominal area of the animal. It is naturally lean yet develops excellent marbling thanks to grain finishing, resulting in a tender, juicy texture and bold beef taste.
This cut has long muscle fibres and a distinctive open grain, making it perfect for high-heat grilling, quick searing, or slow cooking. Traditionally popular in Argentine asado, it is best served sliced thinly against the grain to maximise tenderness.
